When we knew that we would be relocating to Toronto there was no hesitation
or question about who we should call about selling our beloved Topanga home
of ten years, You had found us this home on Encina back in 1996. You knew
what we were looking for and matched us to the perfect place. We have so many
happy memories from our years there as a family. So when it came time to sell it,
we turned to you and only you.
You sold our other Topanga property in Old Topanga Canyon in 1998. We had
known each other through our children and had become friends. You did such a
good and swift job in selling that house. The experience of working with you
further cemented our professional and personal friendship of so many years.
You know Topanga Canyon so well and most importantly you understand the
people -- their likes, dislikes, styles of doing business, needs, wishes and
dreams. You have an incredible network of experts at hand to help in every
aspect from inspections to repairs to simply invaluable advice. You are a fair,
and remarkably patient negotiator. We always trusted your instincts and you
wisdom. And you were always right! What we especially like about working with
you is that you are a person of your word. When you say you are going to make
something wonderful happen, you always come through. As clients we have the
utmost trust and respect for your integrity and dedication.

Dear Teresa,
As the producer of a television series I thought that I was
well versed in dealing with conflicting egos, scheduling
deadlines and an endless amount of minutiae all in the name
of creating a presentable product. After the recent
experience of going through escrow with you on my house on
Hillside, I realize what you do is not unlike producing, but
the results have much more import than the entertainment
that I work on.
Your tireless dedication to detail, and stubborn refusal to
let the seemingly unending series of difficulties jeopardize
the successful close of escrow were inspirational. It seemed
that at so many junctures it would have been simple for you
to have decided that the differences between seller and
buyer, spouse and ex-spouse, contractor and inspector were
too great to bridge. Instead you kept calm in the face of
extreme provocation, you mediated between extreme positions
and ultimately you crafted solutions to every problem that
arose.

I have known Teresa since my family moved to Topanga, in 1991. Over the years
I've seen her Realtor's practice grow and I've been impressed by her commitment
both to her work and to the community. Teresa has always been ready with
intelligent answers when I've had a question about Real Estate and land use, and
last year, she put in many hours of work helping me and my husband buy a piece of
undeveloped land in Topanga. She was quick to notify us when the land came on the
market and persistent in untangling numerous problems with the Title, liens and
other matters. The purchase process took nine months and Teresa earned every

Dear Teresa,
This letter is a little overdue, but I am finally settled on my new farm, for which I have
you to thank.
When it came time to sell my house in Topanga, I pretty much interviewed all of the
Topanga realtors -- some were quite obviously listing brokers, some were quite
obviously buyers brokers, but until you made your presentation, there wasn't one
agent who was the right combination of both types of broker: One person that I felt
confident that could possibly list my house and bring me a buyer. You promised me
that day nothing would fall between the cracks, that you would sell my house quickly
and that you could work with my contingencies and needs. Well, I don't think either one
of us expected the house would sell a week before the broker's open house, for full price,
with no hassles, with the long escrow I needed in order to move my business and get
settled in another house in another state!
Everything went along so smoothly with the sale of my house it seemed virtually
effortless, and I am convinced that it was largely due to the fact that you worked so
hard behind the scenes to make it so. Having you as my agent meant that someone
was always on top of things and you were always available to answer any question or
to follow up on a date that needed to be met. And an added plus was that I felt I had
made a wonderful friend in the process that cared about my well-being ...not just
closing the sale.
