At Prudential Malibu Realty, we strive to create an environment where professional relationships take form and grow. While many companies talk about serving their clients, we take the initiative. A crucial part of my job is to serve as a catalyst – to help make things happen. My creative approach extends beyond the standard real estate agent. I become a participant in, what is for most of us, the most important decision and investment, namely buying or selling a home. I become a participant in this process like a trusted partner or family friend, I am here to exchange ideas and keep you informed. That is why numerous clients remain my friends long after their escrows have closed and refer their friends and family members to me. My perseverance and dedication to full service has proven very successful. Due to my emphasis on close client relationships, coupled with my expertise and creativity, clients become my own best advertisement spreading the word of my success. There are many demonstrations of my commitment to excellent service. One example is my utilization of advanced computer technology. I have serviced clients successfully and smoothly transitioning from England, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Canada, Italy and Iran. E-mailing listings and virtual tours, arranging financing and qualifying an overseas Buyer.
